How will the driver contact me?

Your CITY2CITY Driver will contact you via SMS or Whatsapp either the day before or day of travel to confirm booking details and to introduce him/herself.

The Driver monitors and tracks your flight and upon landing will contact you again via SMS, Whatsapp or phone call.

Our drivers can call international phone numbers via whatsapp. If you do not currently have this on your phone you can download it for free on your phones app store. I.e. Google Play / Apple Store. Simply turn on your phone and our driver will contact you.

What if my flight is late?

Your driver will be continuously monitoring and tracking your flight. Don’t worry, No need to update the driver.

Flight Cancellations

Not to worry, we will provide you with a new booking at no additional cost or 100% refund for cancellations with more than 24 hour notice.

General Cancellations

No problem. We understand plans can change, therefore we offer a 100% refund if you cancel 24 hours prior to the booking.

Late Trip Cancellations (Under 24 Hours)

If our driver has not yet started the trip an admin charge of £25 GBP is applied to provide the driver with another job and cover loss of time.

If the driver is on the way to pick up there will be a charge of 50% of the trip cost to compensate the driver for the loss of time and fuel costs.

If the driver has arrived at the pick up, there will be a charge of 100% of the trip cost.

We have friendly and experienced staff at hand who will be more than happy to assist with planning and arranging your travel arrangements.

Just email our team at support@city2citycars.co.uk and will we handle it all for you.  We will send you a complete plan with a single payment link for easy receipt keeping.

Do I need to pay for Airport drop-off or Pick-ups?

Most UK airports charge to drop off, pick up or both, with other transport providers passing this on to its customers. 

CITY2CITY Cars do NOT pass these charges onto its customers.

Do you provide a Receipt?

We will send you a receipt via email with all your trip details within a few minutes of your payment confirmation.

What if I need help with Luggage?

For Airport Transfers please request our Meet and Greet Service. This means your driver will be ready waiting and meet you in arrivals upon landing. The driver will clearly show your name card.  

Also, upon landing your driver will make contact with you via SMS or Whatsapp to confirm his location and you will then also have your drivers contact number if you should need it.

Your driver will assist you with any luggage you have and escort you to your vehicle.






Where are my details stored?

CITY2CITY Cars are EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliant.
All data is kept on encrypted and password protected storage.
